Labels: Several years ago Clare and I collected seed from the only place on the farm were cowslips grew - the seedlings were planted out in different locations and have spread by themselves.

Labels: Almost all hawthorn hedging is trimmed every year by farmers - this wonderful display is what happens when uncut and the perfumed scent is amazing.
